Merion offers several ways to pay, so you can choose the method that suits you best. Whichever method you use, always quote your reference number to ensure the payment is matched to your account correctly.
Credit or debit card (online) — pay securely by Visa, Mastercard or debit card through the Pay your balance page or the portal. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider and are typically confirmed within minutes. Merion never sees or stores your card details.
Bank transfer (EFT) — transfer directly from your bank account using the BSB and account number shown on your letter or in the portal. Include your reference number in the payment description so the payment is matched automatically. Bank transfers typically clear within one to two business days.
BPAY — if BPAY is available for your account, the biller code and your unique BPAY reference will be shown on your letter. Pay through your bank's online or phone banking service. BPAY payments are generally received within one business day.
PayID — where PayID is available, your account letter will include a PayID. Enter it in your banking app's PayID payment field, along with the amount and your reference number. PayID payments process in near real time through the New Payments Platform (NPP).
If you are unsure which methods apply to your account, or you have misplaced your letter, contact us using the details on this website and we will confirm the options available to you.
