How do I pay using BPAY?

Payments & arrangements

BPAY is a convenient way to pay directly from your bank account through online or phone banking. If BPAY is available for your account, the details you need will be printed on your letter or notice.

What you need:

  • Biller code — a number that identifies Merion as the BPAY biller. This is printed on your notice next to the BPAY logo.
  • Reference number — your unique account reference, also on your notice. This is essential — it tells us which account to apply your payment to.

How to pay:

  1. Log in to your bank's online banking or phone banking service.
  2. Find the BPAY or "pay a bill" option.
  3. Enter the biller code and your reference number exactly as they appear on your notice.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to pay and confirm.

BPAY payments are typically received within one business day, though processing times can vary depending on your financial institution. Keep your BPAY receipt for your records.

If you cannot find your biller code or reference number, contact us and we will confirm the details.
