Can I get a receipt or proof of payment?

Yes. You can request written confirmation — a receipt or proof of payment — for any payment made to your account. We recommend keeping one for your records.

How to get proof of payment:

  • Online payments by card — you should receive an email confirmation from our payment provider immediately after a successful card payment. Check your inbox (and your spam folder) for this. If you did not receive one, contact us and we will confirm the payment on our side.
  • Bank transfers — your bank will have a record of the transfer in your transaction history. This serves as proof of payment from your end. Once we have matched it to your account, we can also confirm receipt.
  • Request written confirmation — at any time, you can contact us quoting your reference number and ask for written confirmation of payments received and the current balance (or confirmation the account is settled).

We also recommend keeping your own payment records — the date, amount, method and transaction reference for every payment — regardless of what confirmation you receive from us. If questions arise later, your records and ours can be checked against each other quickly.
