Yes. You do not need to create an account or set up a login to make a payment. The Pay your balance page allows you to pay by card as a guest, using your reference number to identify the account the payment should be applied to.
How it works:
- Go to the Pay your balance page.
- Enter your reference number — this is printed on your letter or notice from Merion.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay.
- Complete the card payment on our secure payment provider's page.
You do not need to register, create a password, or provide any information beyond what is needed to process the payment and match it to your account.
If you would prefer to have a record of your payment history, view your current balance, or set up a payment plan online, creating a portal account is worthwhile — see the article on how to log in. But for a single payment, the guest option is perfectly straightforward.
