Yes. You can pay by credit or debit card online. Go to the Pay your balance page or log in to the portal and select Make a payment. Card payments are processed through our secure, PCI-compliant payment provider.
Merion never sees or stores your card details — they are entered directly on the payment provider's hosted page, which is separate from our website. Look for the padlock and https:// in your browser address bar before entering any card details.
A note on surcharges: some card types may attract a small processing surcharge. Any surcharge that applies will be shown to you clearly before you confirm the payment.
We will never ask for card details by phone, email or text message. If you receive a request for card details through one of those channels, do not provide them — contact us using the number on this website to verify the request.
