Can I see what's happening on my accounts?

For businesses

Yes. Once you have referred an account to Merion, you can track its progress in real time through the Merion client portal. You do not need to contact us for routine updates — the portal is designed to give you the visibility you need without waiting for a call or email.

What you can see:

  • Account status — where each account currently sits in the recovery process: initial contact, follow-up in progress, arrangement in place, dispute under review, legal referral, settled, or closed.
  • Payment activity — any payments received on an account, the dates and amounts, and the current outstanding balance.
  • Key milestones — significant events such as a dispute being raised, a payment arrangement being agreed, or an account being escalated.
  • Communication history — a log of contact attempts and outcomes, so you can see what has been done and when.

What prompts us to contact you proactively: While the portal covers routine updates, we will contact you directly when a dispute requires information from you, when a significant payment is received, or when your instructions are needed to proceed.

If you are not yet set up with portal access, or if your login details need to be reset, contact us and we will sort it out promptly.
