Signing up as a Merion client is a straightforward process. Here is how it works:
- Initial conversation — start by requesting a consultation or contacting us directly. We will ask you about your business, the type of accounts you need recovered, and the volume and age of the debts involved. This gives us what we need to give you a clear picture of how we can help and what our fee structure looks like.
- Service agreement — we provide a service agreement that sets out the terms of engagement, including the commission rate that applies to your accounts, our obligations to you, and what we need from you. This is reviewed and signed before any recovery work begins.
- Onboarding — once the agreement is in place, we set up your client account and portal access, and confirm the process for referring accounts. We will agree with you how account files should be provided and what information we need with each referral.
- First referral — you refer your first account (or batch of accounts) using the agreed process. We review the file, confirm the details, and begin recovery work within one business day of a complete referral being received.
There is no minimum volume to get started, and no upfront fee. To begin, request a consultation or contact us and we will take it from there.
