The amount owed is set out clearly on the letter or notice you received from us. That figure reflects the amount the original creditor has recorded as outstanding at the time the letter was sent.
For the most up-to-date balance — particularly if you have already made payments or if time has passed since the letter was issued — you can log in to the Merion portal. Your current balance, payment history and account details are all visible there once you are logged in.
If you have not yet set up a portal account, or if you do not have the letter to hand, you can also contact us directly, quoting your reference number, and we will confirm the current balance.
