If you have paid more than the amount outstanding on your account, please contact us so we can review the payment and arrange a refund of the excess.
Overpayments can happen for a number of reasons — a timing difference between a payment and an earlier credit being applied, a misread of the balance, or paying a round number that was slightly over the total. Whatever the reason, you are entitled to have the excess returned.
To request a refund:
- Contact us quoting your reference number.
- Provide the date and amount of each payment you have made, and any transaction references you have.
- Confirm the bank account details you would like the refund paid to.
We will verify the payments against your account and, once confirmed, arrange for the excess to be refunded. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days of being approved.
