I paid but keep receiving notices — what do I do?

Payments & arrangements

If you have paid but are still receiving notices, the most likely explanation is a processing delay — particularly if you paid by bank transfer, which can take one to two business days to clear and be matched to your account.

Letters and reminders are sometimes generated before a payment is recorded, which means a notice may cross with a payment you have already made. If contact continues for more than a few business days after your payment cleared, that needs to be resolved.

Contact us with the following information:

  • your reference number;
  • the date and amount of the payment;
  • the payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.);
  • any transaction reference or receipt you have.

We will check the payment against your account and update our records. If the account is confirmed as settled, contact will stop immediately and we can provide written confirmation.
