How do I track progress on a referred debt?

For businesses

Once you have referred a debt, you can track its progress through the Merion client portal. The portal shows the current status of each account, any payments received, and key milestones in the recovery process.

Log in to the portal using the credentials provided when your account was set up. If you have not received login details or are having trouble accessing the portal, contact us and we will assist.

In addition to the portal, we will contact you proactively in a few situations:

  • when a dispute is raised that requires information from you;
  • when a significant payment is received or an arrangement is agreed;
  • when a matter is escalated and your instructions are needed.

You do not need to chase us for routine updates — the portal is there for that. But if you have a specific question about an account at any time, contact us quoting the account reference and we will respond promptly.
