What is the Merion client portal?

For businesses

The Merion client portal is a secure online dashboard designed for businesses that refer accounts to Merion for recovery. It gives you real-time visibility into the accounts you have referred and what is happening on each of them — without needing to contact us for every update.

What you can do in the portal:

  • View the current status of each referred account — active recovery, under dispute, arrangement in place, settled, or closed.
  • See payments received on individual accounts and the outstanding balance remaining.
  • Access account notes and key milestones in the recovery process.
  • Download reports on your referred portfolio — useful for month-end reconciliation or board reporting.
  • Submit new referrals or provide additional information on existing accounts.

How to access it: Your portal credentials are provided when your Merion client account is set up during onboarding. If you have not received your login details, or you are having difficulty accessing the portal, contact us and we will assist.

The portal is available around the clock. If you need an action taken on an account — such as a withdrawal, a hold, or updated debtor contact details — you can initiate this via the portal or by contacting us directly.
