What reporting does Merion provide?

For businesses

Merion provides a range of reporting to keep you informed about the accounts you have referred and the performance of your recovery portfolio. Reporting is available both through the client portal and on request.

Monthly summary report: At the end of each month, a summary of your referred portfolio is available — covering accounts referred, amounts recovered, arrangements in place, accounts closed, and commission applied. This is useful for month-end reconciliation and finance reporting.

Individual account history: For any specific account, you can access a complete history in the portal — status updates, payment activity, notes, and milestones from referral through to resolution. This is available in real time, not just monthly.

Exportable data: Reports can be exported in standard formats (such as CSV or PDF) from the portal, making it straightforward to incorporate recovery data into your own accounts receivable or management reporting.

Custom reporting: If you have a specific reporting requirement — for example, a particular format for your board, or a view across a segment of your portfolio — contact us and we will discuss what is possible. Many clients have specific reporting needs, and we work with them to meet those where we can.

To access reporting, log in to the client portal or contact us directly if you need a specific report produced outside the standard schedule.
