Adding the correct reference is the single most important step in making sure your payment is applied quickly.
Where to look
Your reference number appears in several places:
- At the top of any letter or notice from Merion, usually near your name and the date.
- In the subject line or body of any email we've sent you.
- On any SMS reminder, if you've received one.
- On a previous receipt, if you've paid before.

If you still can't find it
