You're not alone

An arrangement that suited you a few months ago might not fit today — your income may have changed, costs may have risen, or your situation may have improved. Whichever way it has gone, you can ask to change your arrangement. That flexibility is the whole point.

You are not being difficult by asking for an update. Keeping your plan in step with your real life is exactly what helps you stay on track.

What you can do

Depending on how things have changed, there are a few ways to adjust.

  • Ask to lower your payments if things have got tighter.
  • Ask to pause for a while if you have hit a rough patch.
  • Ask to increase or bring forward payments if you are able to clear it sooner.
  • Ask to change the payment dates or frequency to suit your pay cycle.

Step by step

  1. Have your account or reference number ready.
  2. Decide what change would help — a lower amount, a pause, or different dates.
  3. Contact us through the contact form or reply to your letter, and ask to change your arrangement.
  4. Tell us briefly what has changed and what you would like instead.
  5. Keep a copy of the updated arrangement and adjust your reminders.

FAQ

Can I change my arrangement more than once?

Yes. If your situation keeps shifting, just get back in touch each time. Plans are meant to fit your life, not be set in stone.

What if I can now afford to pay more?

That is great — let us know and we can increase or bring forward payments so you clear the account sooner.

Do I have to wait until a payment is due to change things?

No. The sooner you tell us, the easier it is to adjust. Reach out whenever your circumstances change.
