How no recovery, no fee works

Merion recovers commercial debts on a commission-only basis. There is no upfront fee to refer a debt. Instead, a commission is charged only on funds that are actually recovered. If nothing is recovered, you do not pay a recovery commission. That is the core of no recovery, no fee.

Working it through

1. You refer a debt at no upfront cost.
2. We pursue the debtor and aim to recover the amount owed.
3. When funds come in, a commission is applied to the amount recovered.
4. You receive the recovered amount less the commission.
5. If nothing is recovered, no recovery commission is payable.
6. Direct payments after referral may still attract commission, so confirm this upfront.

Because there is no upfront cost, pursuing a debt through this model does not add to your overheads before any result.
