Check BPAY is available
BPAY is offered for many accounts but not all. If BPAY applies to yours, your letter will show a biller code and a unique BPAY reference number. If those details are not on your letter, use bank transfer or card instead.
Unsure? Contact us through the Help Centre and we will confirm the options for your account.
Step by step
- Open your banking app or internet banking and choose the BPAY option.
- Enter the biller code shown on your Merion letter.
- Enter your unique BPAY reference number exactly as printed.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay.
- Review the details and confirm the payment.
- Save the receipt number your bank gives you.
When it arrives
BPAY payments are generally received within one business day. Your balance will update once the payment reaches us and is matched to your reference.
For a faster confirmation, you can also pay by card on the Pay your balance page, which usually clears within minutes.
